
Luban Chan is the Founder and Chief Executive of FS Group. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and serves on the CIOB Oceania Hub Committee. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), and an Academic Member of the New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA).
Before founding FS Group, Luban held professional roles with leading construction and property organisations, including China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Beijing), Taisei Corporation (Japan), Canam Construction (New Zealand), and Changda International. He has contributed to the successful delivery of large-scale commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects, developing extensive expertise in property development, construction management, construction innovation, and project life-cycle management.
A strong advocate for industry–academia collaboration, Luban is committed to advancing construction technology, developing future industry talent, and fostering international collaboration. Through innovation and applied research, he continues to drive the digital transformation and sustainable development of New Zealand’s construction industry.

Mark is a resource management professional with nearly 30 years of industry experience in New Zealand and the UK and is a member of the New Zealand Planning Institute. Mark has extensive experience as a planning consultant responsible for appraising and promoting small and large scale land development and subdivision projects for clients. Projects that Mark has worked on have included urban (residential, commercial and retail) and rural development and subdivisions. Mark specialises in resource consent applications, plan submissions and project management/writing of Assessments of Environmental Effects.

Polisi a registered architect on the New Zealand Register Architects Board (NZRAB) and member of New Zealand Architect Institute. As the founder and former Director of Faumuina Architects Ltd, Polisi has over 25 years industry experience, specializing in both residential and commercial architectural concept design, developed design and documentation.

Sadegh is a Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 20 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure, land development, and commercial building projects across New Zealand and internationally. He has led multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle, including planning, design coordination, procurement, contract management, cost control, stakeholder engagement, and construction delivery. He is known for his practical and results-driven leadership style.
